About Us

The Correx Board comprise of Stuart Lyon as Managing Director and Company Secretary, Tony Collins - the Institute's Honorary Treasurer as Financial Director, David Deacon of SPC Ltd, Paul Lambert the current President of ICorr and Brian Wyatt of Corrosion Control.

The Board appointed David Eyre as the Scheme co-ordinator to promote and oversee the day to day running of ICATS. David has worked in the industrial coating industry for over 25 years both in the UK and overseas.

In addition to the ICATS initiative, Correx Limited is also re-launching the Correx Exhibition and Conference, which was commercially successful for the Institute of Corrosion during the 1980's and 1990's.

The first of these re-launched major National Exhibitions will be in 2009 at Birmingham in conjunction with Surface World.

Full details of this revival of the Correx event, which will combine the Corrosion Control Exhibition with a series of workshops, training courses and practical demonstrations, will be published in the national technical press at increasing frequencies over the build-up to the 2009 event
