LLOYDS REGISTER TO AUDIT SCHEME
Correx Ltd and Lloyds Register have now agreed that LR will audit ICATS. The agreement comes after many months of searching by Correx Ltd to find the most suitable partner to audit the scheme. Lloyd’s personnel have now attended the Train the Trainer course at Argyl Ruane and will be ready by the launch date of the 1st May 2008 to start the auditing of ICATS registered companies.
Mr Terry Mundy of Lloyds Register said ‘Lloyds Register are pleased to be associated with the ICATS initiative, continual training and improved standards in industry are objectives we must all share’
The coordinator for Lloyds Register will be Mr Steven Bradley who has many years experience in auditing training schemes. Each ICATS registered company will be contacted in due course to advise them of an audit date but should additional information be required contact David Eyre ICATS Coordinator.
